The specifications of the Realme GT Neo 6 have been made public following multiple leaks and rumors. Running on the latest Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 CPU, this smartphone is a flagship model. In addition, the Realme GT Neo 6 has an LTPO AMOLED display, a 5,500mAh battery with 120W quick charging, and up to 16GB of RAM.
Cost of the Realme GT Neo 6 in China
- The Realme GT Neo 6 was introduced with a base model that comes with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage for CNY 2,099 (about Rs 24,700).
- There is also a 16GB + 256GB version available, which costs CNY 2,399 (about Rs 28,200). The top-tier model, which costs CNY 2,999 (about Rs. 35,300), has 1TB of storage and 16GB of RAM.
- The smartphone is available in silver, purple, and green hues. It will be available for purchase in China on May 15.

The 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display of the Realme GT Neo 6 has a refresh rate of 120Hz and is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus. This 8T LTPO panel can reach a maximum brightness of 1600 nits globally, and when viewing HDR content, it can reach a peak brightness of 6,000 nits. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 CPU, which has up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of inbuilt storage, powers the smartphone.
The Realme GT Neo 6 has an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide camera and a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor with OIS for shooting. You get a 32MP front camera for taking selfies. A 5,500mAh battery with 120W SuperVOOC rapid charging technology is also included in the smartphone.
The smartphone runs Realme UI 5, which is based on Android 14. Along with these features, it has an in-display fingerprint sensor, NFC, a USB Type-C connection, and an IP65 rating for resistance to water and dust.
